Looking for Appraisers

The Department is looking to contract with Wisconsin licensed or certified real estate appraisers to perform Standard 3 USPAP appraisal reviews on residential appraisals. Well-qualified candidates will have the following:

1. a minimum of 5 years of Wisconsin licensure/certification;
2. experience primarily in residential appraisals or appraisal reviews;
3. a current WI license/certification in good standing;
4. no prior state or federal disciplinary action against his/her license or certification.

Appraisers with geographic competence in the following counties may receive preference: Racine, Kenosha, Marquette, Richland, and Oconto. Anyone interested should email a current resume or curriculum vitae to Lara Herman at: lara.herman@wisconsin.gov
