The petitioner in this action was granted a limited license (94-68635) by stipulated Order dated September 27, 2006.  The Department of Regulation and Licensing has considered the petition of Jyl S. Chaussee for full and unrestricted licensure.  Petitioner has maintained compliance with the terms of the Department’s order.  Based upon all evidence of record herein, the Department orders as follows:

ORDER

All limitations on the license of the petitioner to practice as a real estate salesperson in the State of Wisconsin, license number 94-68635, are terminated, and Jyl S. Chaussee is hereby granted full and unrestricted licensure.

This Order is effective upon the date of signing.
