Portable Document Format (PDF)

.PDF-formatted publications have the following characteristics:

• Are downloaded to your computer and viewed on Acrobat Reader®, which can be downloaded at no charge from the Adobe® Web site. You will need version 4.0 or later to view these files.

• Are saved in original print format, including all original graphics and fonts.

• Print out exactly like the original printed (paper-copy) document.

• Are formatted specifically for your printer.

Self-Help Tips for Downloading DRL Forms - A Check List

1. If you have a slow modem, please note that it may take time for these items to open. Just wait as some of the forms are large documents (over 20 pages).
2. Do you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader? We recommend a minimum of Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0. If not, then we suggest downloading the free Reader from Adobe's site.
