A barbering and cosmetology manager is a person who practices barbering or cosmetology and who is responsible for supervising and managing the operation of an establishment and ensuring that the establishment operates in compliance with Chapter 454 of the Wisconsin Statutes and rules promulgated by the Barbering and Cosmetology Examining Board.

No person may act as a manager of an establishment unless he or she holds a barbering and cosmetology manager license issued by the Barbering and Cosmetology Examining Board.
