Professional Boxer - Credentialing

1). At least 18 years old.

2). Be physically and mentally fit to engage in professional boxing competition based on the information included in the application and other reliable information.

3). Complete and submit an application for Professional Boxing License . Make sure you have a federal identification card, issued by the state of residence and all supporting documents as required in the application.

Annual renewal on anniversary date.

Common Denial Reason: No medical report showing medical exam within 30 days. Evidence of suspension in another state. Not physically fit.

Convictions of crimes or pending charges may be grounds for denial of license if the circumstances of the conviction or charge are substantially related to professional practice.
