A manicuring establishment is a business entity engaged in manicuring. Manicuring means cleansing, cutting, shaping, beautifying or massaging limited to the hands, feet or nails of the human body.

No person may practice manicuring in an establishment unless the establishment is licensed.

Anyone that rents or is an independent contractor within a licensed establishment is required to obtain a license before operating.
