Registered Sanitarian - What's New

 

2005 Wisconsin Act 25 transferred responsibility for the credentialing and regulation of sanitarians from DHFS to DRL. Current authority for credentialing and regulation of sanitarians may be found in WIs. Stat.Ch.440 subch. XI .

 

Updated Exam Information

Either the paper RSPE or the NEHA computer REHS/RS examination will be accepted for Wisconsin registration. The Last administration of the RSPE in Wisconsin will be April, 2007.

The REHS/RS examination will become available in Wisconsin January 2007. To become eligible for this exam you must first apply with DRL. See Application Procedures for more information.
