Codebook
You will need the most
current edition of the code book. The codebook contains information
needed to answer the exam questions. This is available online or through
Document Sales.
Exam Instructions
Password:
About 10 days
after receipt of your completed application at DRL, you will be assigned
an exam password, test name, instructor and six digit ID (see #3). See
your on-line
application status checklist to obtain this information. You will
need it to start the test.
Agreement:
To start the exam, you will need to agree to do your own work and not to copy or share this exam with others.
Pause exam:
To put the test aside and return to it later, close the screen using the corner “X."
Do not click “Done” until you are finished and ready to be scored. Restart with same ID, etc, as before. It will bring you back to where you were.
End exam:
Click “done." Your exam will be scored and sent to DRL, and you can print your feedback report.
Retake exam:
If you fail a
completed exam, you will need to download and mail in a retake
application and pay a fee. A retake of the same exam will not be
counted.
Optional Review:
You may review a failed exam prior to retake, by appointment, for an additional fee.
