Supervision : An applicant must be employed by a Wisconsin licensed real estate broker. Once registered, if a time-share salesperson changes employers, he or she must file a Notice of Real Estate Employment Form with the Department and pay a $10 fee.

1). Obtain sponsorship/employment by a Wisconsin licensed real estate broker.
2). Complete the application for registration and submit with the application fee..
3). The application must be signed by the broker-employer.
4). Department will verify that the employing broker holds a valid license.
5). Determination to grant credential or notice of denial.

Biennial renewal due by December 14 of even-numbered years
Common Denial Reason:
Lack of fee. Errors in application. Employing broker's license not current.
Convictions of crimes or pending charges may be grounds for denial of license if the circumstances of the conviction or charge are substantially related to professional practice.
